Do I pay you to rent?

For rentals, my commission is usually paid by the landlord, not by you. If anything is different for your case, I will tell you before we start.

Which neighborhoods do you cover?

I start along Sukhumvit, from Asok to On Nut, plus Ari and Silom–Sathorn. I add an area only after I have walked it myself.

I am still abroad. Can you help?

Yes. I can walk you through areas and rooms on a live video call, so you know what you are choosing before you land.

What if the neighborhood does not feel right?

Then we look again. A neighborhood that fits matters more than closing fast.
